Already answered your question. Anyway, telling you again for your help.
For applying to B.Com. and B.M.S. at St. Xavier's College (Park Street Campus), Maths / B.Maths / Stats is compulsory in +2 level for calculation of aggregate. However, for applying to B.Com. and B.M.S. at St. Xavier's University (New Town Campus), Maths/B.Maths/Stats is not compulsory in +2 level for calculation of aggregate.
All the best.

No, there will not be such issue with the admission process. Every college is different and hence there admission criteria also varies. You need to check the eligibility criteria of the college before applying and you can check the same on their website.
Regards.

As per your marks in JEE Mains, its very tough to take admission in these colleges. So, look forward for management quota if you are ready to spend some money and inclined towards these colleges only.
Best wishes.
