No, you have to get some sort of marks in JEE Mains. You need to score 150+ to get NIT from general category. You can try for Government College, Semi Government College, and top private college.

You cannot get admission in this college on the basis of your 12th class marks. The criteria for the admission in this college is JEE Mains and if you have enough marks then appear in the counselling just after the declaration of JEE Advanced results.
