You need to have English as a mandatory subject in your 12th. There are no marks declared. Admission is based on merit. So, higher the marks, the better it is.

No, for any stream. To pursue, you have to clear your 12th. No college, even private ones, considers 12th failures. It is because they consider 10th pass and not 12th. You should have a senior secondary exam passing certificate to pursue higher studies.

The minimum percentage required for B.Tech or BBA admission is 50% and above. Some colleges keep the cut-off as 60%.
