Hello Smile, if you have more than 75% marks, you are eligible to apply. You must also take the IELTS or TOEFL for English language requirements. As far as your board is concerned, it should be accepted, if required the university in Canada where you are applying will ask you to do some additional verification.

Yes, you can definitely join. Even if your results has not yet declared.
You just need to clear a written examination, which consists of all the current affairs regarding media as a whole.
After the entrance examination, you need to clear the personal interview. That's all one needs to get through even without results.

Eligibility for the course: The candidate should have passed class 12th/ HSC/ 10+2 (or Equivalent Level of Examination) from any recognized board of education.
