I think, first you can study in DY Patil University and then you can get time to prepare yourself for abroad and, then you can go abroad.

The minimum eligibility criteria for the course is to have completed 10+2 with science stream with a minimum score of 55 percent. This course is a distance course and if you fulfil the eligibility criteria, you can certainly apply for the course.
