You can pursue BJMC. Also, you can go for Bachelors in mass communication, or you can go for Diploma or something, if you feel that you only want to go in event management.

Yes, you can take exam and after the declaration of your 12th result, you have to submit it's printout copy at the university to get the scholarship.

If you are going for IT, then I will advice you to learn different programming languages. And while pursuing B.Tech try to attend more workshop like on networking, cyber security, hacking and other field related to your branch. You have to make efforts yourself.

First of all, you should choose your passion what you love to do. If you have interest in technology and engineering, then choose B.Sc Engineering. If not or if you only want graduation for government jobs, then choose general B.Sc and prepare for UPSC exams.

Yes, you are eligible for B.Tech. Now from this year Diploma is equivalent to 12th and with Diploma you can get admission in lateral entry mean direct in second year of B.Tech but you have to crack the entrance exam.

Yes, you are eligible for hotel management. It is based on JEE or your class 12th marks. If you get a merit JEE rank, then you can get into government colleges, or just use your class 12th marks to get into a private college.
