To get a visa, you must first have the admission offer letter from a university abroad. Your HSC marks are well beyond repair but if you have scored good marks in your Bachelor's degree then why not. All you need to prove is your worth by showing good academic marks and overall profile.

Since scholarships by foreign colleges and universities are given on merit, you should be having a very good academic profile and with extracurricular activities. Usually, you will be considered for scholarships when you apply to a college abroad, and they will evaluate your application as per their criteria and decide the applicants to receive financial aid. You can do some information searching by visiting the college websites.

If you want to make your career in the Assistant Loco Pilot, you can definitely make you career.
Make sure to check out the eligibility before starting the preparation for RRB ALP Exam.
You must also check out the complete syllabus for the exam.
You can do ITI or Diploma in any trade related to the Electrical or Mechanical also you must check out the medical requirement in the RRB ALP Exam, the eye visibility should be full.
