Hi Sashidhar!
I would suggest you to pursue Mass Communication first so that you learn about other skills like advertising and PR as well, which are very critical to be a successful Event Professional. Once you have completed your graduation, you can opt for post graduation in Event Management. There are courses like MBA in Event Management, MA in Events and PR. MA In Event Marketing etc that will help you achieve your goal. Also, keep applying to various event companies to understand the nature of work thoroughly and inculcate the necessary skills.

Hi Alka, I think you are in a pretty okay position. Your class 12th percentile is alright. But, you managed to get a better rank in B.Tech. You can apply for coursework based MS. There is another variant of MS which is research based, and will be very competitive, international students hardly get through.

Hi,
Unfortunately, in Germany, they require 13 years of education or so as they say. If you want to apply after 12th, then complete the first year of a B.A. Course in India and apply thereafter. You must also be highly academic since they are very competitive when it comes to admitting students specially international. Undergraduate courses are also taught in German language. You can consider applying to other countries like UK, USA, Netherlands and AUSTRALIA. It is always good to keep as many options available when it comes to university selection.

Hi Devlina!
Most government colleges take admissions on the basis of merit and cut-off list. Some colleges are introducing entrance exam criteria as well. You will have to check with each university for their unique admission procedure.

Hi, well you should try the top automobile engineering schools, but have to check the admission requirements for each one of them and apply accordingly. Some are more competitive than the others. The country also matters, it is basically your choice. Finally, where you want to study. Look how expensive each country is, plus the stay back options. Some top schools are Chalmers University of Technology, University of Texas at Austin, Cornell University, MIT, national University of Singapore etc. Rechec k the IELTS requirements for each university, you may have to retake since 5.5 is considered low.

To apply for BA (Hons.) in French, you need to have minimum 45% marks in 12th. The admission will be based on the marks obtained in the entrance exam conducted by the university.

Yes Ishan, on what basis would they otherwise evaluate your profile? Looking at your question, it seems you are applying for a Bachelor's degree, so the answer is yes, class 12th grade marks are very important. Engineering programs are in fact more competitive and prefers students with a very strong mathematical background. You may also check some Polytechnic institutes in Singapore, may be little less competitive and cheaper compared to the main universities. But, for an international student, the admission process will be competitive anyhow.
