Yes, of course you are eligible for foreign language applicability, only qualification required for applying is just to clear out Class 12th.

B.Com, BBA, BBM all have good future. Almost all companies require students from these background.

You can definitely prepare for CAT and if you prepare well you might even get 99+percentile. But, even then getting into an IIM will be quite difficult, because they give a significant weightage to your past academics as well. But, there are also some very good institutes at par with the Iims, who do not give that much weightage to your past academics, provided you have a good profile and a very good percentile in CAT.
