You should at least score 60% marks in your PCM, I am not talking about other subjects. Only focus on PCM. First, you clear this exam, then we are here to guide you. If you want any help for any college exams, in that also I can help you, because I have given almost all entrance exam in class 12th for engineering colleges.

Among BCA, B.Sc and B.Tech, you can select any course, selection of best course among above depends upon the college in which you are going to pursue that course, because college matters more than course. Example, if you have completed your B.Tech from a normal college and the same course from any IIT College, both are too different.

Hi Abhishek, in any of the countries mentioned, Russia or Ukraine, you can get Universities offering MBBS in English medium of instruction. Though learning Russian is mandatory, for it will help you during clinical rotations. Here are a few in Russia:
