As per your academics and score, you might get a call from a decent college but having said this, +2 and graduation score is less.
Based on the CAT score, you might get a good call but try to convert it as because of the composite score, you can miss some good calls.

From this year onwards, admissions in engineering colleges in TN will be based on marks obtained in 12th. But you will have to register online with TNEA.

The trend perhaps is not to reveal anything about the cut-offs! College website has no details. But it is gathered that for Aeronautical engineering branch, cut off was around 60K. But then there are different categories of admission and cut off is different for each.

If not engineering then you can opt for B.Sc. In subjects of your interest like Physics, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Maths, Statistics, Information Technology, Computer Science, etc. BCA B.Sc/LLB, BBS, BMS, etc., are some other options.
