In Management, you need to score well in all subjects, because campus mostly check the final mark of your class 12th. They are not interested in your subjects, however they want all the basics clear for the Job Profile you apply. If you are afraid of MathS, then don't apply the profile where you have a lot of higher level mathematics.

They are aware of the various education boards in India and Indian education system. At most, they may ask for a third party evaluation, which they will tell you if required. Otherwise you can follow the general application process of an international applicant and apply.

Hi Sreekanta,
Yes, surely, you can study abroad but you have to meet admission requirements like your academic grades, you must take the IELTS or TOEFL, some countries even need a GRE score for Masters. You should also personally contact the universities before they apply. It is always advisable to get in touch with the universities directly, shows that you are serious. They may require some additional evaluation of your 12th transcripts which you have to do. Please write to them first and only then start preparing.

You need to pass in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bio-technology and English. And if you belong to General Category should score a minimum of 50% marks in Class 12 examination.
For rest of the category students, the percentage criteria reduces to 40%.
