The minimum eligibility criteria is 50% aggregate marks in 10th and 12th examinations. However, the selection process evaluates a candidate on many factors essential for the course. I would suggest you apply for the institute and go through the admission process.

Yes, it is true. School has complete authority to put your hall ticket on hold. You may ask them to remove by having a polite conversation or adding few medical certificates.
