You can go for BBA HA (Hospital Administration).
It doesn't have maths and economics subjects at all but few science subjects.
Also, it will definitely give you a job in the medical field.

Diploma, Degree and Certificate courses in Jewellery designing, one should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from any stream of a recognised institution. Several short term courses are offered for those who have completed their 10th class.Before qualifying for the course, a student has to pass an aptitude test followed by an interview. Hi,
You can opt for IB in class 11th as per your interest. But, it isn't compulsory.
In my opinion, pursuing BBA through distance mode isn't a wise choice. There are good colleges in the country that offer BBA through regular mode with lucrative packages and you should aim for that after your class 12th.
Some of the colleges are: -
Symbiosis International University
Delhi University
Christ University
Mumbai University
SPJMIR Mumbai
IIM Indore - Integrated BBA and MBA
You can start preparing for the entrance exams.

As far as academics is concerned, yes, you have a good record. Though +2 remains some concern as the same is below 80% but overall you will have a good score as in graduation 8.8 is definitely above cream average.
Rest there are numbers of factors that play for the total composite score. So, all the best, make your best for written and face to face evaluations.
