Options are many after 12th commerce with maths. Popular ones include B.Com Hons, B.Sc Economics, B.Sc Statistics, BBA, BMS, BFS, BAFS, CA, CPA and so on.

You must first complete your inter to pursue further studies so you can enroll into NIOS and complete your 12th first. Alternatively you can look for professional diploma courses which can be done after 10th. As far as the course choice is concerned you have to choose as per your interest. Since you also have not specified your education background it will be difficult to suggest you anything further.

Yes, you can continue. Options for a full time course may be limited and will depend on a college's admission criteria, however, you will find numerous options through distance education like IGNOU, YCMOU, KSOU, etc.
