Admissions to all Diploma courses have just got closed in Maharashtra. Now you have to wait till next year. Admissions are based on marks in 10th, so you don't worry.

It's good to think on this field since fees in Russia are far lower than in India at least for medical.
I think you can seek education loan from bank.

Yes, admissions to VJTI are based on MHTCET only.

There will be many opinions, many wishes, many commands, many entreaties but I would strongly advise you to follow your passion or fascination. Whatever subject it may be, go for graduation in that subject.

Firstly, mathematics with commerce opens a variety of scope. You can go for B.Sc (only a few university offers that), B.Com, CA, BBA, CFA, actuarial science, BMM, BAF, BBI, BFM and MBA as per your interest.

There are lots of self-financing colleges that offer B.Sc in genetics without entrance exams. The entry requirement is 12th with PCB.
