Word Aviation covers a wide gamut of area. For degree like BE you will have to follow entrance exam of your state, and get selected for courses in aeronautical engineering offered by different engineering colleges. Alternatively, aviation maint course is 3-year degree course offered by many Institutions which will enable you to get certification from DGCA, and this will fetch you a job in commercial airlines.

Please refer to the link provided below for details on admission criteria and eligibility to gain admission into the college of your choice. Your 12th results seem to be fine but your NATA score is low. You will get a more accurate picture if you get in touch with the college admissions bureau. You could also try for admission through management quota.

After 12th, you will have to appear for the entrance exam to get in design colleges. Start preparing for the NID and NIFT entrance as they are the best institutes in India.

Yes, you can take admission in any private colleges and universities. That's obviously top colleges take admission on merit basis. But there are other colleges as well for the same education.

You are eligible for BA (Hons) if you are a 12th pass. Just go to any college or university and apply for the admission. You will definitely get admission.
