You are eligible for CCNA and certification. To do so you need to take proper training from a good institute or Networking expert. However, I would suggest if possible then continue your higher studies to get a better place in IT job market.

There is some simple progression for studying 12th maths. Firstly read the theory details of those chapters then practice a lot.

Hello Mahesh, yes you can get admission in SIBM Pune, provided you score high in the SNAP exam (cutoff is generally 98 percentile) and perform really well in the interview rounds. All the best!
P.S. You might be asked, in the personal interview(PI) round, about your low score in 12th, so better be prepared with a proper answer.
