You must face slight problem in choosing right college for you.
If you want to do engineering then you are not eligible for JEE Mains, so further in different field same problem will appear for you.
So, minimum of 60 is required.

Hello Kaptan,
No, you are not eligible to write JEE Mains and Advanced exams. You need to have at least 75% in your board exams. So, even if you clear JEE Mains and advanced, you cannot get any college under JEE counselling.

Unless you are able to clear BCA, you may not able to either MCA or MBA. You are advised to concentrate in clearing your BCA backlogs.

Don't take a drop as it's not necessary that you will always top. Go ahead with B.Sc-IT as it has a lot of scope for first year B.Sc. You can go to any normal college and score good marks in first year B.Sc and then, you can change in second year B.Sc to a good reputed college.
