Yes, but you'll have to work hard on your skills. You'll have to learn computer languages like C, C+, JAVA ,HTML. Most of these are taught under college's syllabus and you just have to study them thoroughly.

VJTI admits students through JEE marks as well as MHTCET marks. However, for students presently going on to 12th standard, it's a little dicey as there may be an official announcement soon regarding MHTCET removal. It may be through JEE only if that happen.

Yes, you can get it but you have to wait for the list. And if you are a resident of Delhi, then your chances are better. Last year, some seats are remained vacant, this may happen this year also and you may get it easily.

It is hard to get education loan at low percentage because student performance is one of the important criteria. Bank will consider your percentage. But you must go and ask them. You can also check this on Bank Bazar as it may help.
