If you are weak in physics and chemistry, there must be subjects which you are good at. It is not necessary that you pursue science, you can always change your field. Weigh your likes and dislikes and study accordingly.

Start your preparation from October not before that because your syllabus would be on the stack. Till then make a to-do list you need to follow from October. Consult your subject teachers precisely about everything, every matter and the major book to consult for the preparation. NCERTs are the main books of each subject if you belong to CBSE board. Try not to follow reference books for theory, just go through their short answers and how they frame the long answer.
