It's good to know your dreams. But one must work hard to fulfill dreams. But for this firstly you will have to complete your 12th. Then only you can take up three-year Diploma course which will then enable you to join as a steward.

There are plenty of government jobs that you can do after 12th. But this is not the right place since it's a very long list. Defense, banks, state government's, police, CAPF's, list is endless. Please keep checking in employment news regularly.

In the present system, I don't think you have an option of appearing for an additional paper in 12th or set of papers again! Also, what will you do? You would have become age barred.
Take up some graduation course.

It's really nice to know your dream so precisely spelt out. But everybody has to work hard to achieve dreams. For admission to this course many states have started entrance exam to regulate it and enable better students. You too will have to appear and pass with good marks entrance exam of your state.

Of course it is possible to take up PG Diploma course in Canada without maths in 12th. But remember, as the name suggests it's after graduation and not after 12th.
