Firstly, repeating class 12th needs quite some determination. Repeating class 12th is only suggested, if you are confident enough to study and score well next year. If that is the case, first of all make JEE your aim. Institute doesn't matter much, once you start working for your aim. There are many coaching institutes like FIITJEE, Akash, VMC, Resonance etc. Each of which offer a competitive environment. Try to join one if possible, and be in top rankers. Hansraj College, Ramjas, Kirorimal, Miranda House, Hindu College are best colleges in North campus in which you can get admission. Other good colleges have a high cut-off.
In south campus, Venkateshwara and JMC are the good colleges.
