If your state open school is government one like West Bengal Open School and Madhya Pradesh Open School, and if you have studied physics chemistry and mathematics together with minimum 50 percent mark, you are eligible. To check whether your open school is recognized or not, please check COBSE website.

It is possible, but your class 12th marks should be very good. I mean you should be in top 5 from your state.

If you don't have 75% marks in board exam, then you are eligible.

Yes, you are eligible for the B.Com.
But, as you are science student, you need to work hard initially, because things will be new for you. The laws, concepts, and the formulas etc .You need to focus more on accounts, as the things are totally new for you. Don't worry, you just need to some hard work and everything will be fine for you.

There are many career options after class 12th in PCM, But you have to decide your further career that will provide you better career, without any preference I am unable to predict your package.

Your class 12th TC must have got submitted at the time of your admission, so you have to ask for TC from your college from where you are doing your B.Sc.

You have not given any information, okay. After 12th, there are plenty of opportunities. Engineering, medical, pharmacy, defence, commerce, etc. Go with your passion.

You have received just 62 out of 360 in JEE Mains. With these marks, it would be tough to get admission anywhere. What went wrong? Can you analyse & overcome that problem? If yes, then take break of one year, study hard and appear next year with aim if getting 300+ marks. Remember, where there is will, there is way.

There are different schemes of scholarships by different states. Unfortunately, there is no synergy. Rules and criteria differ. You can check from admin dept of your prospective college.
