As per your marks, you will not get any good colleges as you have scored really well in boards but from this year boards marks are not considered for ranking in JEE, however, it will be better for you to take a break and prepare well for next year.

You have not mentioned anything about your place of residence like in which school your sister was studying, etc. But firstly seek guidance from her teachers as to why she failed and what needs to be done to improve her.
