You may definitely pursue the Economics Honors from Delhi University, provided you have mathematics or Business Mathematics as one of the subjects at 10+2 level. The eligibility for the same requires the candidate to have passed Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (10+2) of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi with a pass in 4 subjects (English, Mathematics and two Elective Subjects) or an examination recognised as equivalent there to, with 55% or more marks in the aggregate of these four subjects. As per the rules laid down by DU only those students who have not opted for Math as an elective subject in class 11 and class 12 cannot get admission into B.com (H) or Eco (H).You can get B.com (Pass/Programme).

Yes, you can pursur your HSC or 10+2 in Canada. However, you have to check which all schools will accept international students which are mainly private high schools.
