As you are interested in MBA, after completing your Diploma, you have to do a Bachelor's degree in mechanical among B.Tech and BE. After this, you can go for MBA in HR
MBA can be done only after doing graduation.

These days, admissions to any medical college in India is based only and only on NEET. You score better marks in this exam and then you will get admission in desired college.

Hello Vignesh,
You have not mentioned anything about your state or what you are doing presently. For admission in engineering colleges, you have to appear and pass some or the other entrance exam. Marks in this exam will only decide your admission.

I feel both courses are okay. But, I would advise you to prefer B.Com followed by some course in finance and I am sure this will take you far in your life.
