If you have confidence that you have written better, then put it for revaluation. But, you have less marks in physics & chemistry. I think you have not written in maths also. So, write the supplementary. Life doesn't end with this.

Yes, as the condition laid down is you have to pass HSC with physics, chemistry and mathematics with minimum of 50 percent.

Management quota is different in different B.Tech colleges. Many colleges ask for a high amount as fee some may not do the same.

Hello Rajagopal, the eligibility is given below:-
10 + 2 (Higher Secondary) with mathematics mandatory or computer science with mathematics(minimum aggregate of 60%).
The following link gives you the fee structure for all science and humanities courses at all the campuses of SRM in Tamil Nadu: http://www.srmuniv.ac.in/admission-india/content/science-and-humanities
