I would just say that you are thinking too much. You are just in 11th, for now it would be better if you focus on your upcoming board exams next year. As any deviation from your studies will result in a great loss in the long run.

Yes, you can repeat it. Try out NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling). It will really help you. Google the same and find the nearby centers. NIOS certificate is given by the government and is equivalent to others.
