English is a vital subject. Most of the reputed college and other institutions will ask for your English. So, you should at least try to pass in English.

Every field in medicine have good scope in India. Medicine is definitely a hard course than engineering and requires a lot of dedication, but is better than engineering.

The admission requirements are different from university to university. International applicants must take IELTS for English language requirements. You must meet academic requirements and you must submit your mark sheets, certificates, reference letters from teachers, personal statement, application fee and so on.

With inter qualification, you have limited career opportunities. You can appear for SSC exam for Group - C posts in government. You are also eligible for job in armed forces, police and paramilitary forces.

You can tell your problem to your school management and they will definitely help you because before class 12th registration, you can change your subjects.
