Hi Sankha,
Calcutta National Medical College will be a good option for you. You need at least 75% in PCB and a rank within 3000 in NEET-UG (As per the cutoff in 2016).

If you want to pursue a course related to biology, then the marks of biology, chemistry and physics will be considered. Every field related to biology have good scope, if you can excel in it. Biotechnology is now one of the most trending course in biology.

English is a vital subject. Most of the reputed college and other institutions will ask for your English. So, you should at least try to pass in English.

Every field in medicine have good scope in India. Medicine is definitely a hard course than engineering and requires a lot of dedication, but is better than engineering.

Yes, you can learn web designing from some training institution, but it would be hard to get good placements without a graduation degree.

Hi Dhruv,
The admission requirements are different from university to university. International applicants must take IELTS for English language requirements. You must meet academic requirements and you must submit your mark sheets, certificates, reference letters from teachers, personal statement, application fee and so on.
