The cut-off was 99.98 which is assigned by DTE and admissions takes place based on this merit score. So, you better need to re- appear MH-CET to get admission in PUMBA.

Abroad is a wide term. You should be very specific with the country for a better advice. There can be exams like SAT, ACT, IELTS and TOEFL. Every country has its own admission requirement.

It depends on what were your courses in 11th and 12th. A career in a similar stream which you had in your 11th and 12th will help you succeed better. Commerce and Science are the two broad categories. In commerce, you can go for arts/design, business, finance and banking.
In Science, you have engineering and medical. These are the traditional streams students choose. Some new streams are also in demand nowadays like bio- tech, Nano technology, agriculture and genetic. In science, you have engineering and medical. These are the traditional streams students choose. Some new streams are also in demand nowadays like bio- tech, nanotechnology, agriculture and genetic.
The students are also moving in fashion designing and interior designing. Research oriented students can go for KVPY and get into institutes like IISC or IISERs.
