The cut-off was 99.98 which is assigned by DTE and admissions takes place based on this merit score. So, you better need to re- appear MH-CET to get admission in PUMBA.

Abroad is a wide term. You should be very specific with the country for a better advice. There can be exams like SAT, ACT, IELTS and TOEFL. Every country has its own admission requirement.

It depends on what were your courses in 11th and 12th. A career in a similar stream which you had in your 11th and 12th will help you succeed better. Commerce and Science are the two broad categories. In commerce, you can go for arts/design, business, finance and banking.
In Science, you have engineering and medical. These are the traditional streams students choose. Some new streams are also in demand nowadays like bio- tech, Nano technology, agriculture and genetic. Students are also moving in fashion designing and interior designing. We have B.Arch. exam for such students. Research oriented students can go for KVPY and

If you want to do BBA, you have more opportunities in the private sector. So, please prefer private colleges or semi-government colleges known college like J P University, Delhi, Amity University, Noida and Lucknow, SHUATS Allahabad, Babu Banarsi Das Lucknow, Ram Swaroop College Lucknow, etc.
