Engineering is a better option after class 12th as most of the concepts in many engineering disciplines have base from class 11th and 12th. Disciplines like mechanical, electrical and electronics have good future scope. Engineering from top IITs/NITs will be the best option.

Symbiosis colleges accept only SNAP scores for entrance. Your score will only marginally affect your selection, should not bother about it yet.

BCA from a regular college is a better option in comparison to BCA by distance learning. Formal education is superior to distance learning in terms of learning and job opportunities.

Hi Mayank,
It depends on a lot of factors like what you want to study, budget, interests, your academic background, etc. Pursuing Bachelors degree abroad will open more options and opportunities for you. A pathway to a MS right away, however you must keep a check on your long term plans.
If you are willing to study abroad, you must have a good academic profile and always look for a reputed university which is known globally.

After completing your class 12th with minimum 60%, you can apply for NCHMCT and get admission through the same for good Bachelor programs.

Dear Aditi,
Your parents are right at their place. The uncertainty to get acting projects are actually the matter of concern. Unless and until, you are very dedicated about this field and ready to give your 200%, then only enter into it.
Yes, there are entrance exams conducted by various acting schools. However, if you wish to be the best, then appear for FTII - Pune entrance exam and clear it. The chances of getting work after graduating from there are more than any other institute.

If a student is not good at Physics, it will be difficult for him to clear competitive engineering entrance exams. Physics is a mandatory subject in B.Tech syllabus. Such students can opt for B.Sc mathematics, statistics, chemistry, computer science or IT.
Students have other choices such as BCA, BBA, 5 years integrated LLB, Hotel management, Fashion designing, etc. Student can also change career to commerce stream, humanities or fine arts after class 12th.
