A few helpful tips that should work out for you -
1. Study regularly, take out time for at least three subjects in a day. Work more on those subjects, in which you feel you are weaker than other subjects. Follow the syllabus, NCERT books are best.
2. Do not leave any subject for more than 2-3 days. Every subject should be taken up for study at least in every alternate day.
3. Devote at least 6-7 hours for self study. Take out a bit of time for relaxing and entertaining also.
4. Keep checking previous years papers, sample papers etc.
5. Class tests are important so don't miss any.

Don't get too fascinated with ethical hacker as they show in movies. Hackers mean thieves. No company would hire a thief to steal other company's data as that could land them in serious legal trouble.
Most of the institutes provide just a basic fancy course under the name of ethical hacking, just to attract students and earn more.
What I would rather recommend you is to go for security specialist professionals. These jobs are highly payable and in high demand as most companies need them to protect their own data. These jobs work on the same logic that the best thief can protect the data in the best way.

If you want to be an engineer then opt for B.Tech or BE in mechanical engineering. You must be more elaborate with your requirements.

Enroll into a Bachelors degree course and opt for these areas as your major subjects. UK, Canada, US, Australia are some nice options. But, you must decide the country, the requirements, budget, etc.

You must apply through NDA (National Defence Academy) or and Indian Naval Academy exams. However, you must be a 12th (science) student with physics and mathematics. Additionally, you must meet the medical standards.
