Ritu, you can try for admission in private universities. You can not give JEE advance without appearing for JEE Mains.
These days we have so many good private universities too that are imparting quality education to the students around the world. They offer you admission on JEE scores/ tests conducted by them/ your marks in 12th. Some of these also offer good scholarships based on any one of the above mentioned admission criteria.
Check the websites of some good universities or call on their toll free no.s for more details.

Most companies need that you score at least 60% marks. However if you have already completed your 12th grade, don't be discouraged. there are many companies which don't ask for it. Work hard in your current endeavor to score better and compensate for your previous low scores.

There are various jobs for which you can apply after 12th
1. The best job I can suggest you after 12th is SSC CHSL .SSC Jobs are always preferable as compare to other govt jobs.Apply online for SSC CHSL exam :
