Every part of your academics has been allotted a sectional marking scheme. Each IIMs have different weightage assigned to different academic milestone events. Presuming you don't have any prior work experience, you will not get a single marks in work experience part. Similarly, your 10th, 12th and graduation marks will be evaluated against a nominal scale with defined weightage. Apart from it, the CAT percentile has maximum weightage which will surely help you out in overcoming the patchy past.
