No, you have to complete your graduation first. UPSC says that being graduate is the minimum educational qualification. So, get yourself graduated in any field, be it in science, economics, arts, humanities, social sciences or any other of your interest.
I hope it helps.

Do not take a course that has jobs. Go with a stream in which you can do well. Jobs are in every field for those who have skills. Doing engineering will not help, if you end up with just passing without no practical experience earned on your own. For peace in studies, I recommend humanities and social sciences. Just keep your language skills at the best possible level.

You can give the NATA exam after 10th up to 12th. But, it is advisable that you either give your NATA after 12th exams or before you start 12th. In that way, you can concentrate on NATA exams better. From this year NATA will be best of 5 attempts. So, think before you give your NATA.

Dear Sachin,
You may pursue Bachelors in journalism and mass communication as event management is a part of mass communication. The course will help you gain both theoretical and practical knowledge required for organising a successful event.
You can further do a specialised Master's degree for event management.
