Engineering mathematics, engineering chemistry, physics and mechanics are the subjects in which 90% students fail, who get below 50 in 12th but if you find that you are good in mathematics and by chance got less in 12th then there is no problem, you may think for that.
Anyhow, you will take degree but won't be able to get a job. You may try with diploma too, if you are serious for engineering or first you should do ITI in any engineering trade then go for diploma or a degree.

B.Com is the best option because it offers various specialisation in different fields.

Listen everyone carefully but do what you want. Don't follow society. Make your own way. Do not become victim of wish of family members. You enjoy arts but parents say science, go with arts. Society wants you become a doctor and you want to become engineer, choose engineering. For this no one can guide you. Sit peacefully and pray to god to show way. Thoughts will come automatically and follow them.

Yes, you can get a good B-School as your academic score is very good except for the graduation which is little less. But nothing to worry much as 60% in graduation is the minimum criteria for MBA admission.

You can join any certification courses with validity of one year. Remember that you should select the course in such a way that would be beneficial for the career you will choose after completing 12th standard.

With 66%, for NIT Patna you need a really good score of about 270 and if you have the state quota then 250+ would do for NIT. Moreover, if you have any other quota benefits then the requirement would vary accordingly.

The field you must take, depends upon the stream which you have taken in class 12th. Just work hard with full dedication and concentration. If your target is to prepare for government exams then you must start preparing for it from now onwards because most of the government exams include syllabus generally from class 8th to 12th.
If your interest is to go for private jobs then you need to take right direction towards it as there are number of courses to opt, which will form your career.

It totally depends on your area of interest. Engineering, IT sector, hospitality sector, tourism, etc., there are a lot of options available.

You can either do B.Sc in genetics or B.Tech in genetics.
