There are so many options available for you after 10+2 from commerce. You can opt for courses like BBA, B.Com etc. Basically, it depends upon your area of interest in which stream you want to move. Otherwise if you are looking for course in any other field then also there are so many options available like:

4) Hotel Management & tourism
5) Interior Design
6) Fashion Designing
7) Multimedia & Animation
8) Journalism & Film Production

It completely depends upon your interest. If you are interested in management stream then this would be the best option as you are aware of fact that MBA is one of the most popular as well as widely chosen courses amongst the other entire business related course and it will help you to sharpen your managerial skills and soft skills necessary for man management.
It would be an added advantage as you will get good placement if you pursue this programme from a reputed institution. I would recommend you some good institutions from where you will get with quality education and better placement opportunities:-

Here, I have given all the eligibility criteria for BITSAT 2016.
Students must have passed the 12th examination from a recognized central or state board or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Also, they must have adequate proficiency in English.
They should have obtained a minimum of aggregate 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology subjects in 12th examination. Candidates must secure at least 60% marks in each of these subjects individually.
Only Students, who are appearing for 12th examination in 2016 or who have passed 12th Examination in 2015, are eligible to appear in the online test.

You have a pretty decent score so as per the eligibility to apply for a PGDM or n MMS seat. I would advice that you give your MH-CET exam as well.
As per last years admission,For the records the following have been the admission cut offs:
For MMS seat through MH-CET : 93%tile
For PGDM seat through MH-CET : 82%tileATMA:90%tile
There is a fair chance of getting a seat in PGDM than MMS .

It is a standard fee for all the MBA students in Sathyabama University.
For any particular fee concession regarding the admission, feel free to walk in to the university on any working days and meet concern person in Administration office.
