Hi Jatin,
You need to be at least 17 years old and should have qualified 10+2 with maths, chemistry and physics. Training to become a pilot is quite laborious and expensive. Before taking on the role of a pilot, you need to obtain a commercial pilot's license, issued by the Director General (civil aviation) http://dgca.nic.in/.

You may join any engineering college. This time thousands of seats are vacant. They will enroll you through management quota. Fee structure will be higher in comparison to Government. In every state there are Government Engineering Colleges, they will interview you only for vacant seats. For admission in A grade colleges, you prepare for entrance exam.

Some of the Pharma company do offer job for Arts students but major Pharma company prefer science student. So, you need to check company job openings and the requirement and apply accordingly.

Which course and college do you want to join? Accordingly, you can set your goal for 12th percentage. According to me, you have to set your target on as higher as 90-95%.
