Hi Rupa,
Yes, 12th percentage is taken into consideration. 50% of Class 12 Marks+ 50% of NATA Score.
NATA is an entrance examination with the format: 100 marks for drawing and the 100 marks for aptitude test and architectural general knowledge. To join B. Arch, your NATA score and 12th Mathematics and English marks will be considered.

Hi Tom,
To get admission in B.Arch, you need to score minimum 50% marks in 12th with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Computer Science / Chemistry / Biology / Engineering Drawing and two other subjects. You need to sit for an entrance exam.
Some of the entrance exams in Architecture are :
-National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA)
-Common Entrance Examination for Design (CEED)
-School of Planning and Architecture Engineering Entrance Exam
-All India Engineering / Architecture Entrance Examination

Hi Sneha,
You can consider the below mentioned tips:
-NCERT is really important. Some questions are asked directly from those 'useless seeming' paragraphs in physics and chemistry.
-Take Pre-Boards seriously. Though your performance in it is no reflection of your 'to be' performance, but do prepare for them and try to score above 80 in them.
-Previous years papers are of utmost importance. Trust me on this.I would suggest you Arihant's PYQ book for chapter-wise questions.
-Practice few papers before exams. They also play importance in your performance on the d-day. Don't overdo them, around 3 would be enough.

It is very much possible. You need not worry about your current subject knowledge. In the college I studied they taught all the basics, for people with non cs background it was very helpful and the ones with CS background were learning whatever they learnt in school all over again.
