Hi,
1)
The basic eligibility to join interior design course is to pass 12th in any stream with minimum 50%. There is no age limit.
Admission will be on the basis of the score in the institute's entrance exam and interview thereafter.
Interior Design requires professional experience and training and certification by the National Council for Interior Design Qualification.

Game Designing is a creative field which requires skills in Digital Media and Animation. For Game Development one must do Btech or BE in CS and learn all relevant programming languages. Check out requirements from website of top Gaming Companies to know exact skill and qualification requirement.

Neha, apart from what @Sanjay Khimesara has right advised, you can also pursue Education filed by doing graduation, post graduation. M.Phil/ PhD and by clearing the UGC NET exam. You can also opt for UPSC and state PSC exam after your graduation/post graduation and make a career in Govt sector.

Mass communication is a wide term and relates to fields like public relations, communication, advertisement and journalism, which can further be categorised into print, electronic and web journalism. Mass Communication and journalism involves dissemination of information and media effects through reporting, writing, editing, photograph, broadcasting or cable casting news items though the print (magazines & newspapers) or electronic (television & web) media.
you can do :
Ba , BBA B.sc in mass communication, bachelor in mass communication , bachelor in mass media

BBA is a professional degree where theoretical concepts like management information systems, fundamentals of Human Resource Management (HRM), Financial Law, and fundamentals of marketing are taught and supplemented by practical experience of case studies, industry visits, presentations and summer placements.
