Hello Diksha,
The best job for you could be IFS- civil services for which you will be appearing in the UPSC exams after graduation.
There are several other jobs which could give you tremendous travel opportunities. travelling the world is becoming the easiest thing these days due to globalization.
- Software engineers get chances to travel across the world for overseas projects. So you can consider doing B.Tech or B.Sc.
- People who do MBA get to and are into product/Project/ marketing/ Communication management get to travel a lot on different assignments.
- Sports Journalism is 1 of the domains which could facilitate your dreams.

You have to go for Engineering degree in Computer engineering , subject is sme same in both IT and CSE but scope is good in CSE or COE line

If you are interested in computer side then you can pursue for computer engineering , but you have to maintain good academic record in your engineering degree if your percentage is low even in engineering then it is very difficult to get good job job , no-doubt your 12th percentage create some problem in getting job but if you maintain your academic record in degree then it will help you

Both line is good , there is some benefit in BA that you can choose subject according to to your IAS preparation , and after engineering you can give exam for IES

- You need to pass 12th in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with minimum 60% .
- You should have completed 17 years of age on or before 31st day of December of the year of admission.

You can not apply for Germany but you should apply to near by small country where tuition fee is low for bachelor degree in Civil. Once you complete 4 yrs of bachelor degree in EU; you can choose master degree at free in Germany.
