You may get admission in some colleges of DU at this % in class 12. Your percentage depends on best 4 subjects. If you will add additional subjects in best 4 then 2.5 % marks will get deducted per additional subject.

Your future doesn't get blocked, if you scored less marks in boards, you've all the options to go for as per your interest but as per my suggestion opt something different that has better employability than others some of these are:
1. If you've degree in mathematics then go for actuaries, apart from pursuing graduation.
2. Law.
3.B.Com/BBA and do financial Modelling course with them.
4. Interior designer.

The eligibility criteria for VIT is that a candidate must score at least 70% in +2 of the candidate belongs to general category, and 65% if they belong to reserved category. So, you now you know, whether you are eligible or not. If, you're not eligible for admission then you can try seeking admission from other universities.

If you have to get admission into class 12th, then simply change your school and obtain the migration certificate. But word of advice, state boards are the toughest and do not play with that for your class 12th class. If you want to take advantage of some reservation like domicile then simply change school to that domicile area.
