It is suggested to provide roll number only, original mark sheet can be submitted while final documents verification. If you have allotted any college, then you can show your documents while seat filling.

Write your answers point wise and precise. Don't add any extra unnecessary details. Give necessary examples. Explain the example in short, if needed. Draw a diagram wherever applicable, even if it is not asked. Mark it neatly at the right hand side. Name the diagram. Don't forget to underline scientific namesDon't forget to draw margins and leave enough space.It is better to attempt one word answers or short answers at the very beginning.
