Everyone see this phase. I too failed my chemistry exam in class 11th because I was too much active in professional cricket rather than studies, the only way I got out of the situation was by scoring in my re-test or else I would have to repeat my class 12th
I would recommend you to become a bit buttering type person with your teachers especially in the exams you failed and then ask them to help you out for a couple of days for your doubts and be friendly and eager to learn they, then they will surly help you to get through and give you marks in the re-test.

Since you have scored 71% in commerce you can join any of these colleges. They are good, at same level but if you want to choose then go for IMIRC.

Score minimum 55% in your PCMB and you can do that if you aim for 80%.
The fees for AIIMS is variable but it is less as compared to that of the other institutions. As AIIMS is in top medical college list of India so its cutoff is high. You need around 97+ percentile in NEET for the same.

As you have score low in the NEET 2018. You cannot get government colleges. You should take a drop only if you are confident to crack it in next year otherwise you should not waste your one precious year. You can also try for some best courses rather than going in MBBS.

See, if you are looking for graduation abroad. Then, you have to go through an entrance exam that is GRE and IELTS. According to its score, you can get scholarship in any university. You should try for German universities whose tuition fees are negligible and you can earn your daily expenses by working 20 hours in a week. Hope this helps you.
Thank you.
