Since the cutoff of CSE branch is more than other branches so to get it in NIT is not possible but you could take any other branches to get into NITs and if you'll work hard in first year then you'll definitely be upgraded to higher branches like CSE based on your performance.

Hi,
The cut off for BMS in Jai Hind College is too high.
With 81.2% marks, it is difficult to say.
But, you can keep checking with the colleges merit list, as many colleges display 4th and 5th merit list as well.
May be if your luck works well, you'll get it.

Yes,
You need an aggregate of 70% to clear the cutoff. So, you are eligible. The number of seats keep changing so that wouldn't be known. But, I guess you should be able to get admission.
