It's not possible to tell whether you'll get admission in IISER or not, unless you are JEE Advance qualified. Clearing JEE Mains is not the criteria for admission in IISER.

You should firstly find out and ask yourself that in which field you are most interested? What you want to become? How do you want to see yourself in future? Go according to these question, You will surely get the best field for your bright future. All the best.

Your marks are deducted when the percentage calculated against the cut off released by DU because you are from Science background and didn't study any subject of B.Com. If you belong to general category, your chances are very low to get admit in this course. If you belong to the ST category, maybe you can get admission. But don't lose hope and wait till the last cutoff to come. You can check out last year's cutoff released by DU on their website.
