Hello,
It is good that you want to go for technical education. You can get admission in Diploma after class 10th, there are number of polytechnic institutions in India who are providing admission on the basis of merit. So you should apply for the admission in your state. Here is a link for the list of reputed colleges in India. So choose the college and its process of admission.

Hi Rajesh, the eligibility criteria clearly says that one must have at least anyone of these following subjects: Maths, Business Maths & Stats only then one will be eligible. If you didn't have maths, no problem. If you had any of the other two, you are eligible to apply. For further details you can visit the following link:

If you are Muslim, you can get JMI. Else, you should go for state government colleges which includes home state quota, Yes, getting government. At your marks is not difficult, possibly thhe autonomous ones with home state but make sure they have good rankings and name. Else, private universities are always open for you. Best of luck.

Yes, it is possible to get into an NIT with that score. You have to wait for the final round. The branch specification would not be sure but a decent NIT is not a hard deal at this score.
