Board says, you must pass biology as a supplementary subject as a private candidate if you plan to enroll in a medical programme of any kind. In this situation, you must complete the 12th-class examination application as a private candidate taking biology as an additional subject. Because the prerequisite for the medical programme is 50% in 12 Science subjects, including physics, chemistry, biology, and English. As You did not take biology in the PCM group in which you graduated, so you can add biology as an additional subject when you apply as a private candidate for the class 12 CBSE board.

It is uncertain whether you will be able to get Electronic and Communication at NIT Delhi with an OBC category. For the 2021-22 session, the cut-off for the OBC category was 13146. So now it might be significantly higher to be eligible for admission to Electronic and Communication at NIT Delhi. The cut-off is also affected by the performance of other candidates. If other candidates score higher than you, the cut-off will be higher.
