Dear Rahul,
Just to give you a clarity, FLIP courses are not offered by shiksha. We are an online platform which bridges the gap between students and different colleges and institutes. You may go the Flip's website (https://www.learnwithflip.com/) and check the eligibility criteria for the course you wish to enroll for.

Hi Dinesh,
Since you completed your MBA, you can now look for career enhancing or rather skill enhancing programs such as graduate or PG Diploma courses. Suggestions include graduate diploma in finance from ANU, Postgraduate Diploma in finance from The University of Melbourne, graduate certificate in finance from Curtin University and so on. You may also check the following link for options which are available on the shiksha website.

Post graduation diploma is a degree whereas CFP is a certification. A degree holds better value. CFP won't term you as a post-graduation. Choose wisely.

At this stage, I would strongly recommend you to do your post-graduation in MCA as alone B.SC (IT) won't let you go far in your career as per current market stats. When you complete your MCA, you will be considered as professional and this will open doors of opportunities. And yes, doing certifications only add skills. But being professional is very important.
I hope it helps.
