According to me this is not a compulsion if you want to than go ahead otherwise CA module having enough material to teach financial management to the students.

Yes, you can practice after you clear the USMLE. Please go through the United States Medical Licensing Examinations website for details and norms. You must also take the TOEFL. Alternatively, you can pursue a masters degree in public health or hospital administration or any related area in US prior taking the USMLE. Studying in US will give you an idea about the work culture and opportunities available.
